Exilite Engineering Services designs, manufactures and installs mechanical and electrical equipment for the water and wastewater treatment industry. The in-house team covers the full scope: raw water abstraction, clarification, filtration and disinfection through to sewer infrastructure and pumpstations.
We also supply pumps, valves, pipes, couplings and fittings to manufacturing, mining, chemical, oil and gas, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, pulp and paper, transport and energy operators across South Africa.

Design
Process and mechanical design sized to the plant’s flow, head and duty. Drawings, spec sheets and single-line diagrams ready for approval.
Manufacture
Fabrication and assembly of pump sets, MCC panels, dosing skids and specialist wastewater equipment, built to the drawing.
Install
Site delivery, mechanical and electrical installation, commissioning and handover on live and greenfield plants alike.
